Rob is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of Brighton Cromwell, which he founded with his father, Bill Van Etten, and brother Glenn Van Etten. Rob took over the reins of the company following his father’s death in 2005. Despite the adversity, the company immediately grew over 100%, and today it is recognized among the most innovative and fastest-growing defense companies in the United States.
Rob helped lay the foundation for Brighton Cromwell’s innovative supply chain system SEDNA, which features SEDNASearch™, patent pending sourcing technology that enables Brighton Cromwell to quickly and accurately source any military part. In keeping with his vision to create the best supply management company in the industry, Rob continually drives his employees to improve the form and functionality of technology at Brighton Cromwell to better serve our customers.
Our growth has led to Brighton Cromwell being named by Deloitte as the fastest-growing technology company in New Jersey, Entrepreneur Magazine’s fastest growing defense company in the United States, and being listed on the Inc. 5000.
