The NPD manufacturing phase encompasses the initial manufacturing process management (MPM) planning to tooling design and evaluation to final assembly or kitting, inspection, packaging, and shipment. Brighton Cromwell supports end to end design, production, and transportation management process for DOD and commercial customers.
Manufacturing processes supported include:
- Gasket cutting
- Tube beading and rolling
- Injection and extrusion molding
Additive manufacturing processes, to include rapid prototyping and 3D printing for simulation and modeling are also available. All manufacturing output, both in the NPD cycle or active product cycle, is inspected for quality assurance and tested for tolerance requirements as needed.
